Delivery
Licensed cartoons are immediately available by a "Download" button displayed on the Order Confirmation page. See Downloading Help. Also, the confirmation email has a link so that you can return to the Order Status page later (even from a different computer) and download the item.
Shipping Charges
There are no shipping or handling charges because delivery is by instant download.
Taxes
There are no taxes because (1) there is no physical product and (2) the transaction is a limited license rather than a "sale".
Returns and Refunds
All downloadable items have a 30 day money back guarantee. There is no physical item to return, so just email stu@stus.com with your order number.
